Cloud Infra Engineer

Engineering & Systems

I’m a cloud infrastructure engineer at ServiceNow with over eight years of experience building automation for data center operations. I work on the full stack. Anything from provisioning new rack architectures to developing platform integrations with vendor APIs.

My primary focus has been on storage infrastructure, particularly S3 backup systems on Pure and Dell PowerScale platforms. I’ve also worked across networking, certificate management, storage lifecycle, and more.

Research & Open Source

This blog primarily documents my work in the local LLM space. I’m most excited about inference efficiency. Specifically attention optimization, quantization techniques (QAT, speculative decoding, multi-token prediction), and transformer architectures.

I maintain a homelab dedicated to local model experimentation. I’ve published datasets on HuggingFace, contributed to open source LLM tooling, and built tooling for local agent workflows.

Background

I graduated from Washington State University with a degree in Computer Engineering and a minor in Mathematics.

A dual interest in hardware and software ultimately led me to the latter.
